1.Registration

To purchase on our website You need to register, creating a new account and entering Your data.

Confirmation of registration will take place sending the password to the e-mail address You provided.

2.Registerd user

Once registered, You must log-in (e-mail address and password).

Click on “Login” and enter Your e-mail address and password provided by us in order to proceed with purchases.

3.To buy

If You are already a Customer or you have just registered and logged-in, to purchase click on “Add to cart”.

At the end of purchases, on the page “Shopping Cart” select “Proceed to purchase” and follow the instructions of the various steps to complete the order. An e-mail will be sent to confirm the receipt of the order.

4.Payment

Bank transfer: Data for the transfer will be sent with the order confirmation.(It's recommended to send the proof of transfer by e-mail to speed up shipping procedures)

Pay-Pal: Is a simple and secure Internet payment system with every type of credit card. Financial information (card number, expiry date, etc.) will be collected with SSL encrypted protocol directly from PayPal, without MAGIT or third parties having access to them in any way.

Cash on delivery: Payment cash to the courier upon receipt of the goods. The cost of service is minimum €8

Payment and collection at the headquarters: By telephone or e-mail agreement it's possible to collect and pay the goods directly at MAGIT headquarters.

5. Shipments

Our order confirmation will be sent by email, with instructions for payment, cost and delivery time (usually within 1 or 2 working days).
Once the shipment has been completed, the courier waybill number or the link to track the shipment will be communicated.
To guarantee an immediate shipment and a problem-free delivery, communicate the EXACT SHIPPING ADDRESS, including, if necessary, the extension, the name on the intercom and a telephone number, as well as any special communications for the courier, to prevent the articles go into storage.
Magit will not be responsible for any costs and storage times.

6. Order processing time

Generally 1-2 working days to credit occurred.

7. Shipping address

You can choose to have the order delivered to a different address. It is mandatory always indicate the house number and it is necessary that the surname of the addressee is clearly indicated on the intercom. If a number or abbreviation is shown on the intercom in place of the last name, it must be specified in the field "add comments to the order". The courier will generally make two delivery attempts after which the goods will be stored at the warehouse of the nearest branch. After a few days the goods will return to the sender. To have back the goods, it will be necessary to pay again the shipment and any costs Magit incurred in for the return.

 

 

General sales terms

1. Definition and Object of the Contract

This contract ("Contract") is a distance contract pursuant to art. 50 and ss. Of the D.Lgs. 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code"). The Contract deals with the sale of movable property between the Magit sas site, owned and managed by the company Ma.g.i.t. sas di Mattia Lucia Maria & C., with registered office in Turin (TO), via Carlo Vidua 17, CF and VAT number IT03696560014 ("Magit") and the consumer (the "Customer"). The Contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by Magit of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer via internet at the website www.magit.com (the "Site").

These general conditions of sale ("General Conditions") and, in particular, the information referred to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, as provided by Magit on the Site, will remain valid and effective until they are modified and / or supplemented by Magit. Any changes and / or additions to the General Conditions will be effective starting from the date on which they will be communicated to the public and will apply to every sales from that date.

2. Prices

All prices shown on our public price list include VAT and any taxes to which the article is subject. The prices shown do not include shipping and / or collection costs, which will be counted and reported separately when the order is confirmed.

3. Product information

The items for sale are actually those illustrated photographically in the online catalog and coincide, except for typos, with the name and the characteristic data of the product technical sheets. However, it may happen that the manufacturer, reserving the right to it, may vary the characteristics and / or appearance. These changes will be promptly communicated to the customer if they occur after the issuance of the order and they may be grounds for cancellation of the same.

4. Product availability

Magit accepts Customer's orders within the limits of the quantities of the requested products in stock. Therefore, the acceptance by Magit of the purchase proposal forwarded by the Customer is subject to the availability of the products in stock. Magit undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseen stock depletion due to excess demand or other causes.

5. Purchase method

There is no minimum quantity or amount for the purchase, you can buy even one product. The purchase order sent by the Customer will be examined and accepted by Magit that will reply with a summary e-mail, with which the Customer will be informed that the purchase order is being processed and will be deemed accepted, unless otherwise e-mail or telephone communication transmitted by Magit within three calendar days of receipt of the summary e-mail. After this deadline, the Contract is to be considered completed. The customer at the time of transmission of the purchase order can choose payment methods and shipping proposals.

6. Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal consists in the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the supply contract, even partially, without obligation to provide explanations obtaining the refund of the returned products without any penalty.

The right of withdrawal is governed by art. 5 of the Legislative Decree 185/99.

To make use of this right, it is necessary to send a request within 10 days of receipt of goods by mail to info@magit.com, containing:

• copy of the order,

• indication of the item purchased,

• the desire to withdraw from the contract,

• data relating to your current account to allow Magit to make a refund.

As soon as the communication is received, all instructions will be sent by e-mail. Within 5 working days from the receipt of the authorization, the entire supply, or part of it, if the return is partial, must be sent back, using the original packaging and at Customer own expense. All shipments made before communicating their intention to use the right of withdrawal or all shipments not explicitly authorized will be rejected to the sender.

Once received the product Magit will provide the refund of the price paid by the customer, within and not later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the communication of withdrawal by the customer, only in case of return of the product intact and unused, complete of all its parts and functionality. The shipping costs including those of the restitution are still charged to the customer.

The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, or is found:

• lack of original packaging;

• absence of integral elements of the product;

• damage to the product;

• the goods have been purchased by a professional user or for resale, therefore in general all purchases invoiced to VAT

7. Customer's obligations

The Customer declares and guarantees to be of age and that the data provided for the execution of the Contract are correct and truthful. The articles on the Magit website are intended for the use of an adult public in full possession of all purchase and consumption requirements. Since the Magit site is accessible only electronically through a connection service to the World Wide Web (Internet), the responsibility for access, consultation and use of the site by a minor is of the guardian or person exercising parental authority or otherwise who controls the child's access to the Internet.

8. Trademarks, copyrights and intellectual property rights

This site overall, and all the material it contains, is protected by current legislation on copyright and intellectual property. Except as provided herein, it is not permitted to use, modify, print, display, reproduce, distribute or publish the information contained in this site without Magit's written consent. This site may contain material protected by third party intellectual property rights. All names and trademarks present are properties of the persons / companies with the right. Magit warns anyone against unauthorized use by the legitimate owners, names and brands on this site.

9. Links and information from third sources

This site may contain information from third party sources or referrals to other websites ("Links"). Magit declines any responsibility regarding any reference or information coming from third parties as well as all contents and materials available at these sites or obtainable through them. Questions and comments regarding the sites referred to by the links should be addressed only to the administrators of the sites themselves.

10.Indemnity clauses

The Customer raises Magit from any civil or criminal liability and waives any claim against the same, for all the disservices such as failure to provide access to the site, the unavailability of a product, the delay in making the shipment , the delay in delivery by the courier, damage or non-delivery of goods ordered. All data provided by the Customer at the time of registration can be removed without notice from our staff. Magit will not be in any way responsible for any direct or indirect damages of any nature deriving from the use of this site. The material included on this site may contain inaccurate information and typographical errors. The Customer raises Magit from any civil or criminal liability and waives any claim against the same for all the problems arising from the use of the goods purchased.

11. Privacy

Dear Customer, we wish to inform you that Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 "Code regarding the protection of personal data" provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. Pursuant to art. 13, Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 (formerly Article 10 of Law 675/1996), we inform you that the company Ma.g.i.t. sas di Mattia Lucia Maria & C., owner of this site and hereafter referred to as only Magit, deals with the personal data of customers, suppliers and subjects who voluntarily communicate their personal data, according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency to protect your privacy and your rights.

Purpose of the Treatment

The data will be processed for the following purposes:

- comply with legal obligations, regulations, community legislation, civil and tax laws;

- fulfill any contractual and commercial obligations towards the interested party;

- fulfill activities related to the economic activity of our company;

- credit protection and debt management;

Provision of Data

Although the provision of personal data is optional, this is necessary for the stipulation or modification of contracts and for the establishment or maintenance of any relationship with Magit company. In case of refusal to report the requested data, it will not be possible to follow the Customer's requests or the continuation of any reports in progress could be prevented or hindered.

Treatment Mode

The data will be processed with manual, electronic, informatic and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and will be stored both on computer and paper supports, as well as on any other suitable support, in compliance with the minimum security measures pursuant to Disciplinary Technician on the subject. Data generated by the use of the website

c. the attestation that the operations referred to in subparagraphs a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment were impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means to the protected right

4) has the right to object in whole or in part:

a. for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection

b. to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or communication

Data Controller

The data controller is Ma.g.i.t. sas di Mattia Lucia Maria & C., via Carlo Vidua 17, 10144 Torino (TO) in the person of its Legal Representative Mattia Lucia.

Liability exclusion

The company Ma.g.i.t sas will not be responsible for the processing of personal data made by the subjects to whom the data were communicated. The company Ma.g.i.t. sas informs that any other data different from required for the purpose of carrying out its business or that does not fall into the category of "personal data", even if spontaneously communicated by the party concerned, will not be processed and will be immediately deleted without notification.

12. Jurisdiction

The jurisdiction for any dispute concerning distance sales will be the one of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer if the purchase was made by an individual and if located within the Italian State (Article 12 of Legislative Decree 50 / 1992); in all other cases will be competent the forum of Turin.

13. Online dispute resolution tool (ODR)

Pursuant to art. 14 of Regulation 524/2013 / EU we inform consumers residing in Europe that the European Commission has set up an online platform for the non-judicial resolution of disputes relating to and / or deriving from contracts for the sale of goods and services stipulated on the network.
